At YUBIRAA, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48  business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Standard Shipping (India): Delivery typically takes an estimated 5 to 12 business days  after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, YUBIRAA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

  • Free Shipping across India on orders above Rs.999/-.

Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure your YUBIRAA jewelry reaches you safely.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@yubiraa.com
  • A 4% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover non-refundable payment gateway charges.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. 

  • YUBIRAA is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • In case an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery

Delays & Exceptions 

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disaster or extreme weather 
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • Government regulations or emergencies 

In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist you until delivery is completed.
