Refund policy

At YUBIRAA, we take great care in every product we send out. Every order is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • A product is missing from the order

Except for the cases listed above, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory

    • The video must show the sealed package clearly
    • A full 360° view of the package and contents while opening 
    • The unboxing video must be continuous, unedited, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
    • This is required to verify claims with our delivery partners

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, including tags, boxes, and protective materials

REPLACEMENTS

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement of the same product will be arranged

  • Replacement shipping will be done at no additional cost

If the same product is unavailable:

  • You may choose an alternative product of equal value, or

  • Opt for a refund

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

  • Once approved:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

    • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to the bank details provided by the customer

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Slight colour or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing due to improper care
  • Damage caused after use
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Missing or incomplete unboxing video
  • Items purchased during clearance sale or promotional offers
  • Gift cards

PRODUCT CARE DISCLAIMER

Our jewellery is crafted with an anti-tarnish coating; however longevity depends on proper care. 

To maintain shine and quality:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, chemicals, and harsh water
  • Store in a dry place when not in use
  • Use airtight pouch for storage
  • Clean gently with soft dry cloth after every use
  • Do not unnecessarily pull chains and delicate parts
